 This summer when the guards leave the pool in the evening they will chain the gate. This is to keep the kids from entering the pool gates when the guards are not on duty. The adult (over age 21) EW residents may still have access until 11pm or before Noon but will need to contact Leslie with AMAG in advance to sign a waiver and obtain the combination. Adult HOA members and their immediate family can use the pool from 5 am to 11 pm. Once inside we ask that you re-chain the gate. We also ask that all members leave the pool by 11pm, and we ask that you not give out the combination.
The pool gates will be chained this year when guards are not on duty. The guards should be supervising 12:00 noon until 9pm most days. If guards are not present, then these rules apply.
Again, if a EW HOA member wants to enjoy the pool before noon or after 9:00 pm they will need to contact AMAG to sign the release form and obtain the combination to the lock. They will also need to be in good standing. Please, keep the pool gate chained and locked when guards are not on duty. And, do not open the gate for others or give out the combination. Please help us control pool access when the guards are not there.
What we are attempting to do here is allow our adult HOA members and their immediate family members to enjoy late evenings at the pool without having to supervise other teens or kids, and without having to man the gates or having us pay for guards.
If unsupervised kids do enter please feel free to ask them to leave and call 911 for assistance. We do not want unsupervised teens or kids inside of the pool gates. The risk is just too great.

Card Keys are required to gain access to the pool areas. Your dues must also be in good standing in order for your key to work. If you are new to the neighborhood you get one free key card and each additional one is $10.00. If you have lost your key and need a new one the cost is $10.00.
When life guards are present, they have been directed to not allow anyone entry to the pool area without a pool access key. As a resident, we appreciate you supporting this rule. It helps to protect our facilities, restrict unauthorized access, and serves as a safety measure.
Keys can be made available during specific events. If you need a key, email Rick Maxwell and he can advise on how and when you can get your key. Please don't wait until the last minute to get your key. You may miss out on a day at the pool if you do.
Please note that if no lifeguard is on duty, children under the age of 18 may not swim or be in the pool area unless supervised by an adult resident (18 years or older). Violation of this policy may result in the termination of pool access for all involved parties.
