  • What are the current water restrictions (6/11/09)
    The State of Georgia has returned to a non-drought schedule for outdoor water use. Under a non-drought schedule, outdoor water use is allowed three days a week on assigned days using odd and even-numbered addresses.
     
      
    * Odd-numbered addresses can water on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
    * Even-numbered and unnumbered addresses are allowed to water on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
     
     
    Water use may occur at any time of the day on the assigned days, but to be water efficient, landscape watering should not occur between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The non-drought schedule is included in the Rules for Outdoor Water Use adopted by the Board of Natural Resources in 2004.

  • How do I get the access/pass card to the pool
    Saturdays when the lifeguards are on duty, you can obtain from them.  Otherwise, see the Pool/Swim Team Page for additional instructions.
  • How do I report a street light that is out
    The street lights are maintained by Jackson EMC- 770-963-6166. Each pole should have a number on it. When reporting the outage, be sure you have the number and provide it to Jackson EMC.
     
     
     
  • Lake Dock Roadway Access - Lock combination
    Residents needing the combination for access can contact any Board member, any Environmental Committee member (See Board/Committee Page for Contacts)
     
     
  • Where can approved Home for Sale Signs be purchased
    Covenants require that approved signage be used when posting Home For Sale signs. The vendor providing the approved yard signage is:

  • Where can I get a new mail box or post
    The HOA purchases and stocks the posts and mail boxes for convenience of the residents.  The contact to purchase is the Davies.  See the Covenants/Documents page for detail
  • Where do I pay my HOA dues
    The neighborhood management company sends out statements and collects fees.  Contact info is as follows:

  • Window Mullion Replacements
    Many have inquired as to where to purchase replacement window mullions. Lauren Hurd works for the Wieland family of companies and we have been advised that she can assist in providing replacement mullions. Her number is 770-703-8252. If you have missing mullions, especially on the front of the house, please contact her for replacement. The Covenants guidance on this is that it is preferred that all windows have mullions. Another option is to remove all mullions, however the can be difficult for some, since there are people that have a window or two where the mullions are true divided panes and cannot be removed.
