Final Days of Summer for Pool Access

(from Barbara Money) The last day for the pool opening with guards will be September 6th. From the 7th to the 19th it will be open but no guards will be on duty. You must be 18 years or older to swim or must be with someone 18 years or older. All rules apply.
Details on the Howard Case

The board has executed a series of new inquiries around any potential recourse for the collection of outstanding legal fees associated with a lawsuit referred to as the Howard Case. They have additionally collected and are making available to Edgewater Residents, a documentation trail dating back to the original issue through final legal opinion as rendered by Edgewater's retained attorney. The first page of the document is a letter as provided by the current board which includes a brief review of the purpose in this communication and the legal opinion as has been rendered.

Edgewater Homes for Sale

Interested in seeing a complete listing of homes for sale in Edgewater, a link has been added to the Homes for Sale Page that will launch an MLS listing of homes for sale in Edgewater. As residents, let's do everything we can to reduce the inventory and drive the value of our neighborhood. Only then will our homes values truly be reflected in the value we all know they are worth. Edgewater is the Crown Jewel of the Collins Hill area so let's all make sure prospective buyers decide on our community to call home.

| Edgewater Fall Festival |
Saturday, October 30th, Noon until 5 PM at Edgewater Recreation Area and Clubhouses
Bring the kids of all ages to the Annual Edgewater Fall Festival. Free to EW residents and your guests. Activities Include: Face painting, bobbing for apples, scary stories and monster music, pumpkin painting, hay ride (if no rain), cake walk, haunted decorations, caramel apple making, Bag of candy, costume contest, and much much more!
